Yes, orders for free delivery when you spend more than £10*. For order prices below £10* we charge £1.95
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Each item is hand packed and decanted at the custom request of the order, please allow 2 working days for order packing. Our estimate delivery is 2-5 business days, depending on selected courier.
We made it easy to order a wide range of designer and niche fragrance samples. Simply search for the fragrance you are interested in, whether its by brand, olfactory notes, or a specific type. Then select the amount of the sample you would like to receive, add to cart, and enter your shipping details.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Shop pay, Google pay, UnionPay, Diners club and American Express but feel free to contact us for other payment options.
Yes, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to cancel. If your order has already been shipped it can no longer be canceled.
Please take photos of the damaged package and contents, then email them to hello@mini-samples.com with your order number for assistance.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns:
- The item must have been sold on our online store.
- The item shouldn’t have been used in any way.
- The item should be in its original packaging with all the tags etc.
- The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery.
